We, that is to say Stewart Black and Alan Mercer, will be delighted to take your calls and receive you emails. As a new business start up we will be able to field the majority of calls after 6.30pm before 9.30pm, but will have a voicemail/answerphone capability during regular working hours.

Emails can be submitted at any time as can faxes (020 8249 6036), and we will endeavour to respond to emails within 24 hrs.
The business is an email/mail order business which will also display at various shows throughout the year, but it does mean that we are unable to accept visitors to premises, certainly at this stage.
We value your custom, comments and feedback; we'll be extremely interested to see how we can improve our product and service to you. To help us and to help you, we should be extremely grateful if you would wherever possible, use the medium of email.
How to Order
As a new company start up we are able to receive payment by paypal, cheques or postal orders and will shortly be able to receive payment by credit or debit card.
Cheques should be made payable to S.J.Black and submitted at the same time as your order which will start to be processed immediately.
You should allow seven to ten working days from submission of order and payment to despatch of goods, but please bear with us as at this embryonic stage.
A printable order form is provided for your convenience. You should quote the figure reference number, description and quantity required as shown in these pages.
